Pilates and Life Coach
Scott Crowley
I founded White Wolf Wellness on a simple belief: wellness should be personal. Everyone brings a unique combination of experiences, challenges, and aspirations, and I believe the most meaningful progress comes from an approach tailored to the individual.
My perspective on wellness has been shaped by a lifetime of learning, personal growth, and diverse experiences. With a Ph.D. in philosophy, a successful career as an attorney, years of strength training, and a passion for Pilates, I bring a distinctive combination of knowledge and practical experience to helping others improve their well-being.
As a Pilates instructor and life coach, I work individually with clients to help them discover new possibilities, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in their lives. My approach is personal, encouraging, and focused on creating a comfortable environment where each person feels supported and empowered.

Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach
Sabra Lucas
I grew up in the 80s/90s, raised by hippie parents who moved across the country nomad-style. Vegan before it was popular, surrounded by nature, herbs, and an active lifestyle. Wellness was how I lived. My eight Methods of Health — Nutrition, Water, Sunshine, Rest, Fresh Air, Moderation, Exercise, and Meditation — are not just practices I teach; they are the core of how I was raised, the foundation of my life, and the anchor for the results I’ve seen in myself and the people I work with.
I bring together decades of experience in fitness, nutrition, and holistic wellness — but it’s more than expertise. It’s the lived wisdom of someone who started with nothing, learned what works, and is now here to guide you through the same journey with personal attention and care. In addition to working with White Wolf Wellness, I am the founder of Balance8Life.
